How do I book a party?
Answer: You can either book online, in person or over the phone.

What type of party business is this?
Answer: This is a spa party company, that also has several other types of parties.

Is Her Amazing Spa mobile or do they have a facility?
Answer: Her Amazing Spa is mobile.

Does Her Amazing Spa accept checks?
Answer: No! We only accept debit or credit cards only.

What system does Her Amazing Spa Use for transactions?
Answer: Her Amazing Spa uses Venmo or Cash app
6.
I would like to reserve a party for my daughter. When is the deposit and the final balance due?
Answer: A non-refundable deposit of 150.00 is due upon reserving your party date and time. The balance is due two week before the event.
7.
Can I cancel my party? If I cancel will I receive my deposit back?
Answer: Yes you can cancel at any time, however, all deposits are non-refundable. Also if the party is within the same mounth we can not refund

Are the hostess or hostesses professional nail and spa technicians?
Answer: No they are not! Theses parties are designed for pure 100% entertainment purposes only.
2.
How many hours earlier is needed for setup?
Answer: Your hostess or hostesses will arrive 45min to an hour earlier for setup.
3.
If I paid for my party in full and need to cancel my event will I receive a refund?
Answer: You will only receive the amount paid minus your holding deposit, because all deposits are non-refundable.
4.
How long does it take for me to receive my refund?
Answer: 7-14 business days depending on your bank.
5.
If I pay for a party package, and all of the guest doesn't show up. Am I responsible for that full price?
Answer: Yes you are still responsible for the full price. Please consider replacing them with someone else, family, neighbors ext...
6.
If any of the guest spill water or nail polish on the floor or carpet. Is Her Amazing Spa responsible for any damage's?
Answer: No we are not responsible. We encourage all parents and guardians to talk to every guest before party time on spills. Our Hostesses will also briefly go over our policy on spills also.
7.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Yes all parties will be charged a travel fee. Per mile is 5.00

Answer: We prefer to use our own table and chairs.

Can we keep robes, nail polish and any other items used during the party?
Answer: No! All robes, nail polishes and more must be returned after the party is over.

Are goodie bags included with all parties?
Answer: No they do not

Does Her Amazing Spa charge a travel fee?
Answer: Yes price depends on the area and distance.
If your staff is late and we don't cancel can we receive a refund?
Answer: No the host will stay later to makeup for time if needed
If I don't like the service can I receive a refund?
Answer: No refund will be issued
Do you travel an hour or more away?
Answer: Yes we do, however we advise that all parties an hour or more away pay in advance or 4 weeks before the party date.
